Event and travel update:

Capacity Middle East and Datacloud Middle East are expected to go ahead as planned, and preparations continue apace. We look forward to welcoming participants to the event. As always, the safety and wellbeing of our attendees remain a priority, and we are monitoring developments and the latest government travel advice as part of our normal event planning.

At present, no changes to the event schedule are anticipated. Should any significant updates affect the event, we will communicate them promptly through this website and directly with registered participants. We recommend that attendees continue to check their government’s latest guidance for the UAE and any countries they will travel through, confirm flight arrangements with their airline and ensure they have appropriate travel insurance.

Capacity Middle East takes place at the Grand Hyatt Dubai Conference & Exhibition Centre, UAE.

Returning to the Grand Hyatt Dubai Convention Centre for another year, the venue delivers ample space for meetings and networking, with an exhibition hall capable of accommodating large, custom-built and double-decker stands.

Datacloud encourages all delegates to check their visa requirements for the UAE before travelling.

We are able to supply registered delegates with a visa support letter stating you wish to attend an event organised by Capacity Media. To request a visa support letter, please forward your registration confirmation email to info@capacitymedia.com.

International requirements when travelling to the UAE

All delegates will need to check the latest travel requirements and any restrictions that may be relevant before travelling to the UAE. These requirements may change at short notice, so we encourage you to regularly check the official updates.
